Celebrating the post Children Day on 16th of November ,Lions Club of Silchar Greater along with our Leos initiated for the entertainment of Paediatric Cancer Children in Cachar Cancer Hospital by screening entertaining cartoon,animation films for the kids. It is our monthly project.One of our active club member Lion Rithika Paul has celebrated her birthday with the young warriors of the Pediatric Cancer Unit by sponsoring the project.She also provided cakes, chocolates & sweets on her special day for the little children to bring joy & smiles on their faces. We all appreciate her for this generosity & wish her a healthy & bright future ahead. Namastey 🙏🏼 On 14/11/2024, Lions Club Of Silchar Greater has participated in the Joint Project of *Lions International , District 322G*, Diabetes Screening & Treatment Camp were done at Ashirbad Banquet Hall, Silchar, on the occasion of World Diabetes Day. In the said project, the tests done were - *HBA1C, RBS, FIBROSCAN, CREATININE, DENTAL CHECKUP*. Following Doctors were Treated all the Patients - *Dr Y N Singh, Dr Jayanta Bhattacharya, Dr Bablu Banik, Dr Nabajyoti Dey, Dr Orina Raha, Dr Salini Bhattacharya. Free Eye Care Screening among children and adults on 15th November at Little Flower School premise... Check up was done by Technicians from Snkardev Netralaya

Lions Club of Silchar Central organised an Eye Camp at Udharbond in collaboration with Lions club of Udharbond on 11 November, where 187 patients were examined. 30 persons were selected for Cataract surgery. Out of them 20 patients were operated at Lions Eye Hospital Silchar on 12th November and discharged on 13th November.
