HEALING HORIZONS: A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO MENTAL WELL-BEING

On 22nd September 2024, we the members of Leo Club of Guwahati South, along with our parent club, the Lions Club of Guwahati South, organized a Mental Health Awareness Session and Art Therapy at South Point School, Barshapara, under the quarterly theme: Mind Matters. The session, led by Dr. Shraddha Basu, Professor of Psychology at Royal Global University, focused on promoting emotional resilience and overall well-being. Our District Officer and Theme Chairperson, Leo Bibek Debnath, was also present during the event.
