Summer Camp

Today, in an event aimed at bringing joy and new experiences to underprivileged children, 44 residents from Niljyoti Ashram, Bhubanban, Agartala were given a unique opportunity to explore the world of virtual reality (VR) games and PlayStation games. The event, organized by Lions Club of Agartala ANISH in collaboration with Hallucinate Gaming Arena (Krishnanagar), sought to provide these children with a memorable and enriching experience. The children, aged between 6 and 15, were thrilled as they donned VR headsets and were transported to a virtual cricket stadium, the VR games offered an escape from their daily routines and a chance to experience something extraordinary. The Niljyoti Ashram, which provides shelter and education to underprivileged and abandoned children, has always focused on the holistic development of its wards. Events like these not only provide entertainment but also stimulate creativity and imagination, which are crucial for the mental and emotional development of children. As and add on service to these underprivileged children Lions Club of Agartala ANISH and Dr. Deep Datta (BDS, MDS - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Certified Implantologist, Certified Specialist Clearpath) organized a FREE DENTAL CHECK-UP for these kids. The event concluded with a small celebration where the children performed dance numbers and also had healthy lunch, adding to the joy of the day.
