Like previous years, this year also, we the members of Lions Club of Kailashahar had organised Hat Bazar 3.0 for the third time at a place where it was really necessary. The smiling face of the beneficiaries after getting free cloths, dresses, plastic domestic materials, Cosmetics etc was really notable.
