Attended District Lions Leadership Institute at Sinclairs Retreat, Chalsa Dooars. *Lion Subhankar Sen, GLT Coordinator*, and *Lion Rishab Lodha, Program Coordinator*, were conceptualizing and delivering such a well-designed and impactful *Destination DLLI Program*. The event served not only as a remarkable platform for leadership development and learning but also infused each moment with enthusiasm, camaraderie, and joy, making it truly memorable. Every session was thoughtfully planned and effectively executed, leaving a lasting impression on all participants. It was indeed a privilege to learn from such accomplished and dedicated faculty members. Equal commendation is due to our faculties *PMCC Lion Mandira Chanda*, *PDG and GLT Coordinator Lion Subhankar Sen* , *GST Coordinator Lion Rishab Lodha* and all other co faculties for their insightful and engaging presentations, which greatly enriched the overall experience. Under the visionary leadership of *Lion Pankaj Poddar, District Governor 322G*, the program stood out for its meticulous planning, seamless coordination, and exceptional team spirit. The sessions were intellectually stimulating, the faculties inspiring, and the entire experience outstanding in every respect. A special mention must be made of the refreshing outdoor segment amidst nature’s beauty — a perfect blend of relaxation and enrichment. I may take the liberty to say that each and every participant was equally appreciative and inspired by interactive sessions .
