Infant Care package distribution at FRU

The Lions Club of Guwahati South and the Leo Club of Guwahati South marked India's 78th Independence Day with a series of community initiatives, combining sports, patriotic tradition, and humanitarian service today. The day began with the hoisting of the National Flag by the members of the Lions Club of Guwahati South and Leo Club of Guwahati South, held in the presence of Charter Member Krishanjan Chanda. As part of their ongoing community outreach, members of both clubs subsequently visited the First Referral Unit (FRU) on A.K. Dev Road, where care packages containing essential items, including new clothes and towels, were presented to 15 newborn infants.
