🌿 World Environment Day 2026 🌿 The Lions Club of Karimganj observed World Environment Day with a simple yet meaningful message: Planting a tree is only the beginning; nurturing it is the real commitment. Believing that environmental responsibility cannot be limited to a one-day celebration, our members pledged to care for every sapling planted. As part of this initiative, saplings were planted at our Service Centre premises as well as in the neighborhoods where our members reside, ensuring continuous care and monitoring. A total of 11 Lions members, along with Project Chairman Ln Narendra Banik, actively participated in this green initiative, reaffirming our commitment to a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future. 🌱 A tree survives not by being planted, but by being cared for.
