Lions Club of Guwahati GOLD Celebrates Pre-Diwali Festival at Jyoti Niketan Blind School. Date: 25th October 2024 Location: Jyoti Niketan Blind School, Satgaon, Guwahati Event Summary: The Lions Club of Guwahati *GOLD* hosted a heartwarming Pre-Diwali celebration at Jyoti Niketan Blind School, bringing joy and festive cheer to the visually impaired students. The event aimed to share the spirit of Diwali with the students and ensure that they experience the festival's warmth and care. Activities: During the celebration, the club members distributed an assortment of items, including sweets, fresh fruits, milk, juice, and groceries. This distribution not only provided the students with nutritious treats but also aimed to support the school's ongoing needs. We also donate two (02) Computer speakers in this blind school.
