YOGA SESSION

we the members of Leo Club of Guwahati South, along with our parent club, the Lions Club of Guwahati South, conducted a Yoga Session at Amrit Udyan Park focused on combating diabetes through wellness and balance. This initiative promoted health and mindfulness, encouraging participants to manage diabetes through yoga practices.
