REPORT ON WORLD DIABETES DAY AWARENESS RALLY

On the occasion of World Diabetes Day, an awareness rally was organized in Agartala on 14th November to promote public understanding about diabetes, its prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from various organizations and community members. The Lions Club Udaipur actively took part in the rally, contributing significantly to the awareness efforts. A total of 12 Lions members participated in the event, dedicating a combined 20 service hours. Their involvement helped strengthen the message of the rally and encouraged greater public interaction. As part of the awareness initiative, the Lions Club Udaipur also distributed awareness leaflets to educate people about diabetes, its symptoms, preventive measures, and the importance of early detection and regular health check-ups. Through their efforts, the club was able to reach and benefit more than 2,000 individuals. The participation of Lions Club Udaipur added meaningful impact to the rally and reinforced the importance of community-led efforts in promoting health awareness
