GRAND SUCCESS: BEAT THE HEAT! 🌟 We are delighted to announce that the Lions Club of Agartala Metro (District 322G) successfully executed the 'Beat The Heat' initiative, a flagship program under the 'One District One Activity' , in celebration of Environmental Week. The event, held in front of IGM Hospital, aimed to provide relief to the community during the intense summer. Highlights of the day included serving hundreds of citizens refreshing drinks and water to stay hydrated, distributing cooling watermelons for instant relief, raising awareness about sun protection using umbrellas and light cotton clothing, and promoting a green message by encouraging tree plantation. The initiative, themed 'জলই জীবন', witnessed overwhelming public response, with gratitude and smiles serving as our greatest rewards. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated members, volunteers, and the people of Agartala for their support, which enabled us to live up to our motto: WE SERVE.
