School Eye Evaluation--India project

LIONS CLUB OF AGARTALA FEMINA successfully implemented the program VISION under the school Eye Evaluation - India project in collaboration with All India Opthalmological Society & AIIMS, New Delhi. The programme aimed to promote early detection of Vision problems among school children and create awareness about the importance of healthy eyesight. Students underwent Eye screening and evaluation by trained Eye specialist namely Dr A.K.Chakma and other medical professional. Total Seven doctors were present and diagnosed 500 students present in queue, with guidance and support from the ALL India Opthalmological Society and AIIMS, New Delhi. The initiative reinforced the message, "Healthy Eyes, Brighter Tomorrow,‐‐‐Clear Vision, Brighter Future.
