Lions with Farmers

Dear friends, Lions club of Agartala City organised a "LIONS WITH FARMERS" program of free distribution of seeds, fertiliser and manure to farmera at Lankamura, Agartala on 26.09.2025. This is as per one district one activity. We provided seeds of carrots, chilli, bottle gourd, red spinach, carrots, manure and fertilisers. All the farmers together can cultivate and produce different types of vegetables over 20 acres of land. In this program we have also arranged to register the farmers under Government "Fashal Bima Yojana". All these farmers are now under the scheme. The farmers are our Anna Data, they are the heroes of our land. Behind every grain of rice there is a story of patience, care, sweat, and facing challenges. We get our food because of the hard work of the farmers. We are thankful that we got an opportunity to serve them and bring smiles to their faces on the eve of Durga Puja.
