NOURISHING LIVES WITH MILLETS

We the members of Leo Club of Guwahati South along with our parent club, Lions Club of Guwahati South distributed breakfast items to the inmates at Gana Sarathi Old Age Home. This initiative aimed to provide a nutritious start to the day for the elderly residents, many of whom often face dietary challenges. The breakfast included a variety of millet-based dishes, known for their health benefits and nutritional value. Our visit was met with warmth and gratitude, and it was heartening to see the smiles and appreciation from the inmates. It was a meaningful experience for all involved, reinforcing the importance of community service and compassion in our mission. We have started a new Permanent project where we get sponsorship from different companies which we distribute in different needed places.
