Candlelight Vigil for Rape Victim

We participated in a District Program - Candlelight Vigil, organised to address the recent tragic event of the Rape and Murder of a doctor at Kolkata’s R. G. Kar Medical and Hospital at Lions Eye Hospital, Chatribari, Guwahati at 5 PM.
