SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

The Special Board Meeting of the Lions Club of Guwahati Parvarish was held under the leadership of Lion Mohit Dugar, President, with the presence of 15 Board Members. The President welcomed the Board Members and presented them with official Lions pins. He also shared his enriching experience from the 108th Lions Clubs International Convention, Hong Kong, highlighting valuable insights on leadership, service, and global fellowship. The Board discussed and deliberated upon key administrative and service-related matters, including: Approval of the August Activity Calendar Installation of a water filter at Mahatma Gandhi School Proposed School Adoption Project Membership growth and retention strategies Fundraising initiatives Club finances and other administrative matters After detailed discussions, the Board approved the agenda items for presentation before the General House.
