**Lions Club of Guwahati Gold Organises Bhagavad Gita & Brain Spark Workshop** **Guwahati, 12 July:** The Lions Club of Guwahati Gold successfully organised a **Bhagavad Gita & Brain Spark Workshop** on Sunday evening at Awesome Palace, with 27 children participating enthusiastically. The programme commenced with a welcome and introductory address by **Lion Preety Agarwalla**, followed by **Lion Vinita Khetawat**, who invited the mentors to share a brief about the workshop. The session was conducted by **Rubi Sen Ma'am** and **Dipika Agarwal Ma'am**, who beautifully blended the timeless teachings of the Bhagavad Gita with interactive learning and personality development activities. The workshop began with offering flowers to Lord Krishna, chanting *Hare Krishna*, Om meditation, and recitation of the Guru Shloka. An engaging audio-visual presentation on Lord Krishna, the Pandavas, and the Kauravas introduced children to important values from the Bhagavad Gita. The mentors encouraged the children to seek the blessings of their parents and elders, dream big, work hard, and place their faith in Lord Krishna. The children also learned how to create a Future Vision Board, participated in relaxation and stretching exercises, and enjoyed a lively dance session. The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks by **Lion Ruchi Poddar**. The workshop was jointly chaired by **Lion Preety Agarwalla, Lion Vinita Khetawat, and Lion Ruchi Agarwal**. The event was graced by the presence of the club's office bearers, including **President Lion Anupam Agarwalla, Secretary Lion Amit Poddar, and Treasurer Lion Sidhartha Khetawat**. Other Lions members present included **Lion Mamta Saraf, Lion Sumita Singhal, Lion Pinky Prajapati, Lion Gomati Agarwal, Lion Ajay Singhal,Lion Rakesh kr Agarwal and Lion Pooja Agarwal**. The workshop received an overwhelming response from both children and parents, making it a memorable and meaningful initiative by the Lions Club of Guwahati Gold. Through this enriching programme, the club reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing moral values, positive thinking, and holistic development among young minds.
