Teachers Day celebration & Debate Compilation -2026

Lions Club of Agartala celebrated Teachers' Day- 2026 as always. We also arrange a debate compilation of school students on selected social topic. Students from 12 school put up their views. We cannot invite God to thank Him in person, so we felicitated our teachers. The Lions Club of Agartala honoured school teachers, professors, retired academicians, and the renowned Raga and Rabindra Sangeet singer Tithi Debbarman. The event beautifully began with the President touching the teachers' feet on behalf of everyone. Teachers shared profound insights on the modern generation gap and the crisis in the Guru-Shishya relationship, making it a truly enlightening program.* *Tolerance of others' views is the fundamental pillar of democracy and civic society. Embracing this spirit as part of our youth development initiative, the Lions Club of Agartala organized a captivating Debate Competition on Teachers' Day.
