Independence Day Celebration at Old Age Home by Lion’s Club Udaipur

On the occasion of Independence Day, the Lion’s Club Udaipur celebrated this special day at an old age home. We marked the day by donating essential grocery items such as rice, dal, atta, puffed rice, oil, flat rice, cooking masala, milk powder, tea, biscuits, potatoes, onions, garlic, and more. Along with this, we also provided sanitary essentials including Dettol (5 liters), Harpic (10), Surf (10), soaps, and lots of adult Huggies. We spent 3–4 hours with the elderly residents, sharing conversations, laughter, and moments of togetherness. It was a truly heartwarming experience, and we loved every bit of it. Our club is committed to continuing such efforts regularly. We will plan monthly activities to ensure that the residents of the old age home feel loved, cared for, and spend their golden years with dignity and joy.
