Independence Day celebration and flag hoisting ceremony at Nabaprantik Seva Ashram and Sri Ananda Seva Ashram

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY 🇮🇳♥️❤️ On this momentous occasion of India's 79th Independence Day, the Lions Club of Agartala Metro extends its sincerest greetings to all citizens. We commemorate the freedom and unity that form the bedrock of our great nation. This day serves as a solemn reminder of the profound sacrifices made by our freedom fighters, whose courage liberated our country from British rule. It is a time for us to rededicate ourselves to building a stronger and more prosperous future for everyone. May the tricolor forever soar with pride. Our club celebrated this national holiday with a special program at the Nabaprantik Seva Ashram and Sri Ananda Seva Ashram. The event commenced with a flag-hoisting ceremony, followed by an inspiring address from our President, Lion Nand Dulal Pal. Lion Pranab Das also shared valuable insights on our commitment to community service, with a particular focus on supporting the underprivileged and advancing education. The celebration was a collective effort, bringing together 48 children, 50 elderly individuals, and approximately 160 community members. In collaboration with the officials of Nabaprantik Seva Ashram, we distributed sweets, chocolates, and essential school supplies, including pens and paper. The program was a testament to our shared dedication to service and community welfare.🇮🇳
