On 18th October 2025, on the joyous occasion of Diwali, we, the members of Lions Club of Guwahati South, in collaboration with Leo Club of Guwahati South, conducted Tree Plantation Drive at Apon Ghor, Day Care Centre, Axom. As a gesture of spreading light and hope beyond diyas, we planted 10 saplings, symbolizing growth, positivity, and a greener future. The drive not only promoted environmental sustainability but also brought smiles to the residents of the old age home, making this Diwali celebration truly meaningful and filled with compassion
