Report on BOD & General Meeting – Udaipur Lion’s Club

On 9th January 2026, Udaipur Lion’s Club successfully organized a Special Board of Directors Meeting along with a General Meeting. The occasion was graced by Governor Lion Pankaj Kumar Poddar, Zone Chairperson Lion Sajal Kumar Pal, and Region Chairperson Lion Sudeshna Bhattacharya, who attended as Guests of Honour. During the meeting, the Club presented a comprehensive review of activities carried out throughout the year, highlighting impactful service projects, community welfare initiatives, and ongoing commitments. Special emphasis was laid on environmental conservation, where members discussed future plans and innovative ideas to enhance the Club’s contribution towards a cleaner and greener environment. The Guests of Honour appreciated the dedication and efforts of the Club and encouraged members to further strengthen service activities with greater outreach and sustainability. The program concluded on a warm and cheerful note, filled with laughter, shared memories, and fellowship, followed by a dinner, reinforcing unity and camaraderie among members.
