Heart awareness program

Lions club of Agartala, GALAXY organised A Heart ❤️ Awareness program on the 15 th. Nov 2024 at Gurukul English medium school , Kathaltali, Agartala. Dr SUJIT DAS were present at the event and raised awareness regarding heart disease & its risk factors . Our hon’ble doctors further recommended Brisk walking , running, swimming, cycling , & mild exercises can help us to keep ourselves safe and healthy. According to our physician , the following strategies can help us to prevent heart disease . ✅ Quit smoking & tobacco . ✅ Eat a heart healthy diet. ✅ Maintain a healthy weight ✅ Get quality sleep ✅ Get regular health screening tests.
