*LIONS CLUB OF GUWAHATI CITY* _Lions International | District 322G_ _The *2nd BOD Cum 1st General Meeting* was successfully held on *5th September 2026* at *Hotel Atithi, Paltan Bazar,* with the active participation of 26 members._ *The Secretary’s Report & Treasurer’s Report were presented and discussed. The meeting reviewed the club’s July & August service activities and deliberated on upcoming projects, Adopted Village, Sahyog School & Health Centre and other important club matters.* *Key Decisions & Outcomes:* • Upcoming service projects to be executed through designated Project Committees. • Responsibilities for forthcoming activities to be allocated among members. • Future activities and requirements of the Adopted Village to be taken forward in a structured manner. • Sahyog School & Health Centre to remain a key focus with regular review and planning. • Greater member participation and involvement to be encouraged in club initiatives. *Appreciation Certificates were presented to all Project Chairpersons of July & August activities in recognition of their leadership, dedication and valuable contribution.* _The meeting concluded with productive deliberations, collective decisions and a renewed commitment towards service, fellowship and teamwork._ *Together We Can, Together We Will!* *Regards* *Lion Amit Kr Agarwal* – Secretary *Lions Club Of Guwahati City* _Lions International, Dist 322G_
