Yoga For Heart

On 28th October 2024, we the members of Leo Club of Guwahati South, along with our parent club, the Lions Club of Guwahati South, organized a "Yoga for Heart" session at South Point School, Barshapara. Led by resource person Pompee Saikia (PGD in Yoga, M.Tech, MBA), the session aimed to promote heart health through the benefits of yoga.
