Together Against Cancer – A Cancer Awareness Initiative by Leo District 322G, Region II(Zone-IV)

The initiative was held on 10th February 2025 at Kaulikura Subcentre, Kailashahar, where the Leos of the club organized awareness sessions within the community. Dr. Papiya Sinha led the session, educating women on the importance of breast self-examination and clinical breast examinations while promoting mammography screenings. She also provided information on cervical and breast cancer risk factors, such as smoking and multiple sexual partners. Additionally, the session focused on offering support and resources for cancer patients and their families.
