We the Leo Club of Guwahati Kamrupa along with our Lion club organized a Cardiac Health Awareness Program on 26th October at Hindustani Kendriya Vidyalaya under One District One Activity. The session, led by Dr. Pragati Agarwalla, focused on how naturopathy can play a crucial role in maintaining heart health. The program began at 11:15 am, with attendees including students, teachers, and community members eager to learn about natural methods for heart health. Dr. Agarwalla provided valuable insights into the importance of lifestyle choices, diet, and natural remedies for preventing heart disease. She discussed effective techniques to reduce stress, benefits of regular exercise, and the significance of a balanced diet rich in heart-healthy nutrients.
