Mental health issues for Adolescent

Lions Club of Guwahati South along with Lions Club of Guwahati Care successfully organized a session on *Mental Health Issues for Adolescent* at South Point School, Barshapara on 11th October'25. The key speaker of the session was Ms. Alphee Fahmeed, a Senior Psychologist at South Point School. The speaker focused on how to improve the Mental and Brain health of Adolescent by balancing their food habits and lifestyles. She highlighted the importance of taking planned *rest days* to manage stress, s strategy she noted has been shown to improve student well-beng.
