🌿 One Club One Village – A New Bond of Service 🌿 Under the noble initiative One District One Permanent Project – One Club One Village, Lions Club of Karimganj adopted Kamargram, Ward No.6 Bagbari Pirerchak G.P., a small village of nearly 150 families and over 1000 people, situated 12 km from Sribhumi Town. With the guidance of Project Chairman Ln Ashok Deb, our members visited the village several times, listening to the voices of the people and understanding their needs. On 26th August (Tuesday), we stepped into their lives with love and service. The presence of villagers, their respected ex-school teacher Shri Kriti Bhushan Biswas, and G.P. Member Shri Raja Biswas added warmth to the program. That day, 250 food packets were joyfully distributed, sponsored by Ln Binod Gang, followed by a health check-up camp for children conducted by Lion Dr Sewali Kalita, Leo Dr Riya Agarwal, and Leo Dr Ankita Deb. With the dedication of 15 Lion Members and 3 Leo Members, this day became more than just a project—it became the beginning of a heartfelt journey with Kamargram. 💛
