Eye Camp

Respected Lions, LIONS CLUB OF AGARTALA ANISH organised a Braille Slate Distribution program to 104 students of blind school, Eye Camp for differently abled children and adults, distribution of drinking water and fruit juice to differently abled sports participants at KHELO INDIA PARA GAMES 2024, TRIPURA. Khelo Inida Para Games 2024 was held for two days (18.12.2024 & 19.12.2024) for differently abled children and adults at Swami Vivekananda Stadium by the Government of Tripura. On an invitation by the Honourable Minister Sri Tinku Roy, we arranged a stall for providing all these facility. Earlier on 18.12.2024 during the inauguration of Khelo India Para Games 2024 the Honourable Chief Minister of Tripura, Prof Dr. Manik Saha handed over the Braille Slates to the students of Blind School. 104 students were benefitted. This is an initiative by our club to equip blind students to study and build their career. An eye camp as organised at the stall and 56 students and guardians.
