Lion Raj Kumar Ringania was born in the year 1967 and is the only son of late Hiralji and late Rampati Devi Ringania. He holds a graduation in commerce and is presently running the family business. Lion Raj Kumar Ringania is married to Lion Anita Ringania and the duo is blessed with a son, Ronak and two daughters, Aachal and Ishika.

Leo turned Lion, Raj Kumar Ringania had joined the Lions Club of Guwahati City in the year 2004. In his journey of Lionism, he has held several positions of importance in both the district and club levels respectively.

Lion Raj Kumar Ringania had served as the Club Secretary for the tenure 2005-06, he then became the President in the year 2008-09, the Zone Chairman in 2009-10, the Region Chairman in 2010-11, the Inter Regional Co-ordinator in 2011-12. Lion Ringania had also been the District PRO in 2012-13 and the Deputy Cabinet Secretary in 2013-14. It is praiseworthy to mention here that Lion Raj Kumar Ringania is an RLLI graduate from Kathmandu and ALLI graduate from Colombo. He had also been the Chairman of the Lions District Conference in 2011-12.

Lion Ringania has been the recipient for several awards. Starting from the Lion of the Year for the LY 2004-05, the Lion of the District in 2011-12, the Best Club Secretary of the District in 2005-06, the Best PRO of the District in 2012-13. Lion Raj Kumar Ringania has been awarded with the prestigious International President's Appreciation certificate for 23 times. Not only these, he was also awarded with the Third Highest Award by Lions Clubs International, International President’s Leadership Medal in L.Y. 2018-19 also the Second Highest Award by Lions Clubs International, International President’s Medal in L.Y. 2017-18.

Not only in lionism, but Lion Raj Kumar Ringania is an active member of several organisations as well. From being the Cultural Secretary of Assam Sahitya Sabha Conference "Samanway" in Barpeta Road, Joint Secretary of Kamrup Chamber of Commerce, President of Marwari Sanmelan, Guwahati Branch to being an executive member of GLP social Circle of Guwahati, Lion Raj Kumar Ringania is truely a dynamic person. He has also served as an executive member for Shree Marwari Databya Aushadhalaya and Shree Gauhati Gaushala, Guwahati as well. He has been working to promote the Rajasthani Folk songs and culture under the banner of Faaganiya as a chairman since 2002, which is a signature event of the Guwahati City in Holi. He has also served as the secretary of the Agarwal Sabha in 2004.
