Diabetes awareness and detection camp

On 18 November, the Lions Club of Udaipur organized a Diabetes Awareness and Screening Camp as part of its ongoing community health initiatives. A total of 16 dedicated Lions Club members were present to manage and support the event. The camp provided free diabetes check-ups and counseling, benefiting 124 patients from the local community. Diabetes Specialist Dr. Sushanta Sen attended the camp and conducted thorough medical examinations, offered expert guidance, and provided recommendations for further treatment and lifestyle management. The initiative aimed to promote early detection, create awareness about diabetes, and encourage healthier living. The event was well-received and proved to be highly beneficial for all the participants.
