Badminton tournament

The Lions Club of Udaipur organized the Preeti Badminton Tournament at the Lions Club auditorium. The friendly day-long tournament witnessed enthusiastic participation from players of three different districts—Udaipur, Amarpur, and Sonamura. The main objective of the tournament was to promote mutual harmony and encourage healthy physical exercise through sports. Players from three subdivisions—Udaipur, Amarpur, and Sunamura—took part in the competition, and great enthusiasm was observed among the participants. SDM Amarpur Anupam Bhattacharjee, Lions Club President Chitra Ghosh, Secretary Bishwajit Banik, and other members were present at the event. At the conclusion of the tournament, prizes were distributed to the winners. Ashish Debnath and Pradeep Dev Rana emerged as the badminton champions, while Alok Banik and Deepak Ahlawat were the runners-up. The guests appreciated the initiative and encouraged organizing more such sports events in the future.
