*MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL- BEING* 6 Oct 2025 DAY -3 *THEME:"Women and Family Focus"* *Spending time with Elderly person at Mother Old age home* Under the ongoing Mental Health and Well-being Week initiated by Lions Clubs International, the Lions Club of Guwahati Arpan organized a special service project titled “Mann Ki Baat: With the Elderly.” The program was held at Mother Old Age Home, Hathigaon, where the club members spent quality time with the senior residents. On this occasion, members of the club engaged in heartfelt conversations with the elderly mothers residing there, listening to their life stories and experiences. This interaction brought them emotional comfort and joy. The objective of this initiative was to promote mental health, emotional connection, and positive thinking in society. The presence of President Mamta Sikaria, Secretary Vandana Bagaria, Treasurer Sumitra Gupta, and Ritu Sarawgi made the elderly feel loved, valued, and cared for. Team LC Arpan
