Monthly meeting with *MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING* awareness workshop Date 07/10/25 DAY - 4 THEME: "Women and Family Focus" *Keynote Speaker : Lion Banashree Bora* Lions Club of Guwahati Arpan organised it's monthly meeting at Marwadi Pustakalaya in Fancy Bazaar with awareness workshop on Mental Health And Well-being. After the meeting, Ms. Banshree Bora, a trained Pranic Healer and motivational speaker, shared valuable insights and guidance on Emotional Health and Stress Management. The program was successfully organized under the leadership of Club President Mamta Sikaria, Treasurer Sumitra Gupta, and Secretary Vandana Bagaria, benefitting all the club members with valuable learning on mental wellness.
