Awareness Drive on Mental Health

On 7th October 2025, we, the members of the Lions Club of Guwahati South, in collaboration with the Leo Club of Guwahati South, conducted a pamphlet distribution drive on Mental Health and Well-being at City Centre, as part of the International Service Week observed from 4th to 12th October. The initiative aimed to spread awareness about the importance of mental health, encourage open conversations, and promote overall well-being within the community. Through this activity, we sought to emphasize that mental health is just as vital as physical health and that seeking help is a sign of strength.
